DANAIDE · Video Management System
UltraIP VMS
Architecture and implementation of a scalable video and analytics platform for city-wide deployments: streaming, concurrent processing, events and continuous operation.
Chief Software Architect · La Plata, Argentina
I architect systems that work when scale, latency and the real world matter.
I have designed and written software for more than 20 years. My work connects C++, real-time video, computer vision, distributed systems and hardware integration.
I work from the problem and its constraints through code, deployment and observability. I care about systems that are hard to fake: software that processes video continuously, talks to imperfect devices, sustains real load and remains understandable years later.
I lead teams through open technical debate and explicit decisions. The goal is not to add complexity, but to find the simplest design that preserves performance, reliability and room to evolve.
Selected work
Projects and products where I worked as architect, lead developer or technical leader.
DANAIDE · Video Management System
Architecture and implementation of a scalable video and analytics platform for city-wide deployments: streaming, concurrent processing, events and continuous operation.
DANAIDE · Computer vision
A license plate recognition system designed to process millions of vehicles per day, with traceability, event handling and camera integration.
DANAIDE · Analytics
Architecture for face recognition and components that overlay metadata on live video, turning visual streams into operational information.
Current product · Applied AI
A conversational text and real-time voice interface for querying and operating Jira without turning work management into administrative overhead.
Explore TicketmageExpertise
Areas where I contribute architecture, implementation and operational judgment.
Ownership, concurrency, cache behavior, metaprogramming, low latency and measurement-led optimization.
Scalable services, messaging, persistence, observability, resilience and evolution without unnecessary rewrites.
Streaming, analytics, recognition, concurrent processing and systems designed for continuous operation.
SDKs, cameras, biometrics, sensors, ONVIF and protocols that rarely behave exactly as documented.
Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI, GitOps and automation that shorten the path from change to reliable use.
Applied curiosity
Long before “side project” became a category, it was how I learned technology. I built a 3D engine, an assembly compiler, a Turing machine to 3SAT translator, an ONVIF IP camera, trading engines and a crowdfunding platform with a secondary market.
The best architecture combines enough theory to choose well and enough code to prove it.
